ENVIRONMENT SECRETARY LEADS INAUGURATION OF NEW DENR VI MONITORING BUILDING

Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Secretary Antonia Loyzaga (center) leads the inauguration of the new DENR Region VI Monitoring Building located at Muelle Loney Street in Iloilo City on January 19. The building will house the wildlife traffic monitoring section of the regional office to reinforce the DENR’s mandate to combat wildlife trafficking, and will store its permanent records, supplies and materials. Loyzaga is joined by DENR Undersecretary for Field Operations – Luzon, Visayas and Environment Juan Miguel T. Cuna (right) and DENR VI Regional Executive Director Livino B. Duran (left). ###
