The Luzon scops owl (Otuslongicornis), endemic to Luzon island, was rescued in Tanuan-Talisay Rd., Batangas City last week. Antiporda reiterated his call to the public to turnover to the DENR wildlife species rescued in the aftermath of the TaalVolcano eruption.
