In 2021, the southern part of the Philippines was struck by super typhoon Odette (Rai) which cost the lives and livelihoods of many Filipinos. One of the hard-hit provinces is Dinagat Islands - a hidden paradise in the northeastern part of Mindanao. Despite the devastation, the Dinagatnons stand firm and bravely face their plight with the goal to build back better.
