Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Undersecretary Demetrio Ignacio Jr. (in polo barong) and United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Deputy Chief for Office of Energy, Environment and Climate Change Joseph Foltz present an enlarged page of the report entitled, “Top-Down Metro Manila Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventory”, during Earth Day 2013 celebrations at the Quezon Memorial Circle. The report describes the GHG inventory results conducted in the metropolis by the DENR, in line with its GHG Inventory-National Greening Program, with the assistance of the USAID through its Climate Change and Clean Energy Project.
