REGION 3’s ENVIRONMENTAL CHAMPION.
BGen Alan Luga, commander of the 7th Infantry Division of the Philippine Army based in Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija, receives a plaque of appreciation from DENR-Region 3 Executive Director Maximo Dichoso in simple rites at King’s Royale Hotel in Bacolor, Pampanga. Luga was cited for his support in DENR’s anti-illegal logging campaign in Central Luzon, which resulted in the confiscation of hot lumber and the filing of charges against forest violators.
